SPECIAL BLOCKS :: MUMBAI LOCAL :: THANE - KALYAN AND LTT

Central Railway announced Mumbai Local Train passengers will face Special Traffic Block for Thane Yard for Remodeling  Commissioning Of New Route Relay Interlocking (RRI) Cabin and Test Charging of Kalyan - Thane and LTT with AC Traction. The Block started from 29-12-2012.The details of the special Block of 31-12-2012 as follows.

CANCELLATION / SHUTTLE SERVICES / DIVERSION OF TRAINS

MULUND - KALVA (from 30-12-12 to 31-12-12)

On UP and DN SLOW LINE BETWEEN MULUND AND KALVA FROM 10.00 AM on 30.12.2012 TO 02.00 AM on 31.12.2012. (16 HOURS)

• CANCELLATION OF SERVICES DUE TO TEST CHARGING

1. Dn suburban services towards Kasara leaving Kalyan from 12.12 hrs to 15.37 hrs on 30.12.2012 will remain cancelled.
2. Up suburban services on Kasara-Kalyan section from 11.25 hrs to 15.08 hrs on 30.12.2012 will remain cancelled.

• SHUTTLE SERVICES

However, shuttle services with conventional coaches with both side diesel engines will be run on Kalyan - Kasara section stopping at all stations will be run for the benefit of suburban passengers.

2. Spl 1- Kalyan Dep.12.30 hrs Asangaon Arr.13.15 hrs
3. Spl 3- Kalyan Dep.14.30 hrs Kasara Arr.16.00  hrs
4. Spl 2- Asangaon Dep.13.30 hrs Kalyan Arr.14.15 hrs
5. Spl 4- Kasara   Dep. 14.15 hrs Kalyan Arr.15.45 hrs Dadar Arr. 16.45 hrs.

• DIVERSION OF DOWN SUBURBAN TRAINS

1. Dn suburban trains leaving Mulund after 9.50 hrs to 11.50 hrs will be diverted on Dn fast line between Mulund and Diva stations on 30.12.2012.
2. Dn suburban trains leaving Mulund after 11.50 hrs to 15.10 hrs will be diverted on Dn fast line between Mulund and Kalyan stations on 30.12.2012.
3. Dn suburban trains leaving Mulund after 15.10 hrs will be diverted on Dn fast line till the completion of the block.

• DIVERSION OF UP SUBURBAN TRAINS 

1. Up suburban trains leaving Diva after 9.50 hrs to 11.50 hrs will be diverted on Up fast line between  Diva and Mulund stations on 30.12.2012.
2. Up suburban trains leaving Kalyan after 11.30 hrs to 15.15 hrs will be diverted on Up fast line between  Kalyan and Mulund stations on 30.12.2012.
3. Up suburban trains leaving Kalyan after 15.15 hrs will be diverted on Up fast line till the completion of the block.
