MEGA BLOCK AUG 12 - 2012 MUMBAI LOCAL TRAIN

MUMBAI MEGA BLOCK HARBOUR, WESTERN, CENTRAL LINES AUGUST 12, 2012

Central Railway and Western Railways announced,Mumbai Local Train passengers will face Mega Block on Sunday 12 - 08 - 2012.

CENTRAL LINE

Thane - Kalyan  (11:00 am to 3:30 pm)

Dn fast line services leaving from CST will diverted to Dn slow lines between Thane and Kalyan

Time -10:03 am to 1:40 pm

Will halt all station during this time period.

HARBOUR LINE

Kurla -  Mankhurd (11:00 am to 4:00 pm)

Dn Harbour line services for Panvel / Belapur /  Vashi leaving CST from 10.23 am to 3.37 pm and all Up Harbour line services for CST leaving  Vashi / Belapur / Panvel from 10.20 am to 3.27 pm will remain suspended.

Special trains will run for CST - Kurla and Mankhurd - Panvel.

WESTERN LINE

Mumbai Central -  Santacruz  (10:35 am to 3:35 am)
Jumbo block will be taken for 5 hours from 10.35 am to 3.35 am on 12 - 08 - 2012 on Up  local trains slow lines between Santacruz and  Mumbai Central stations. All Up slow trains will run on Up through fast line between Santacruz and Mumbai Central stations. These diverted trains will not halt at Matunga Rd, Elphinstone Road,Lower Parel and Mahalaxmi stations for want of platform, hence , passengers can travel in opposite direction for their destinations between Bandra and Mumbai Central stations. All 12-car slow services will take double halt at Lower Khar Road and Mahim Jn. stations.
