Double Decker Train :: Chennai - Bangalore
Southern railways announced a new AC Double Decker express train between Bangalore and Chennai Central during the new train time table revision from July 2012. Following are the details
- Train No.22625 / 22626 Chennai Central – Bangalore City AC Double-Decker (Daily) Express (via Jolarpettai) :- Train No. 22625 Chennai Central – Bangalore Exp. double decker train will leave Chennai Central at 07:25 hrs daily and reach Bangalore at 13.30 hrs. Train No.22626 will depart from Bangalore at 14.40 hrs daily and arrive Chennai Central at 20.45 hrs. En-route, the train will halt at Perambur (Up direction only), Arakkonam, Katpadi, Ambur, Jolarpettai, Bangarapet, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore Cantol ment.The train will have total 13 coaches which include 11 Air-conditioned Double Decker Chair Car, 2 Brake Van-cum-Luggage-cum-Generator Car.
